Our products are predominantly used with oil and gas markets for emergency shut down, process control and modulating duties. Our day to day business revolves around fast track ex - stock requirements and servicing this market is key to our business.
Our factory in Leeds carries comprehensive stock of actuators and also ancillary products such as solenoids, switch boxes, regulators etc. It is common for us to provide valve manufacturers a complete package
Valves are free issued for mount fit and test in our works followed by different pressure testing often witnessed by the end user. Other services include the capability to provide hydraulic flushing to NAS6 and commissioning of smart positioners. We have fully utilised for customer service , installation and commissioning.
Our product range is predominantly quarter - turn scotch yoke design, pneumatic and hydraulic, available in both spring return and double acting format. We have a range of small steel operators in both rack and pinion and scotch yoke, these are used on ball and butterfly valves. Our linear range is used on Gate and through conduit valves and is available in all of the orientations above. Our range is designed to be modular to assist in stocking capability and site changes. New additions to the range include Gas/Oil, Sub sea and electro - hydraulic products.
